About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Resident Success Manager (RSM) to support students throughout their learning journey. You will communicate with students, coordinate program activities, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records to ensure the smooth execution of learning programs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with students and provide regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate day-to-day program activities.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Track attendance, tasks, and completion status.
- Prepare basic progress reports and documentation.
- Support smooth program operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations, administration, student support, or customer service.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools.
